Hyperhidrosis
Excessive sweating occurs when the secretion of sweat exceeds the volume required for body temperature regulation. For patients, it is defined when it becomes troublesome in daily life. Hyperhidrosis is most often primary with no identified cause or secondary to a pathology or medication. In all cases, optimal management is necessary in view of the impact on quality of life and the inconvenience caused by hypersudation.
