Women and men aged 40 to 55, with all skin types and phototypes, showing wrinkles and sagging skin on the face. 

Application of HYALURON ACTIV B3 Cellular Regeneration Cream

Monotherapy" arm: use of the cream for 3 months, 1 or 2 times a day, according to the investigator's recommendations. 

Arm "in preparation for an aesthetic procedure": use of the cream for 1 month, 1 to 2 times a day, according to the investigator's recommendations, before performing an aesthetic procedure. 
 

Evaluation criteria

Monotherapy arm:

• Tolerance;
• Depth of wrinkles, rated by the investigator using the WSRS scale (at T0 and T3months);
• Improvement in signs of aging, rated by investigator and patient, using a 7-point scale (at T0 and T3months);
• Quality of life, using the DLQI (at T3months);
• Overall satisfaction of investigator and patient (at T3months).

Arm "in preparation for an aesthetic procedure " :

• Tolerance ;
• Depth of wrinkles, rated by the investigator using the WSRS scale (at T0 and T1months);
• Improvement in signs of ageing, rated by the investigator and the patient, using a 7-point scale (at T0 and T1months);
• Quality of life, using the DLQI (at T1month);
• Overall satisfaction of investigator and patient (at T1month).
   

Results

Monotherapy arm:

• 93% of investigators and patients noted an improvement in signs of aging after 3 months;
• Investigators noted disappearance of signs of aging in 1 out of 10 patients;
• Good to very good tolerability for 95% of investigators;
• Average improvement in quality of life of 76% after 3 months of use.

In preparation for an aesthetic procedure" arm:

• Product tested in preparation for around twenty different aesthetic procedures (laser, peel, botulinum toxin injection, etc.);
• Good to very good tolerance for 98% of investigators;
• 98% of investigators recommend HAB3 day cream in preparation for aesthetic procedures.
