KERACNYL serum is specifically indicated for adult women with acne lesions.
Its formula promotes the elimination of pimples but also reduces pigment marks and secondary scars associated with acne. It also acts against the first appearance of wrinkles.
This treatment can be used alone but also in combination with topical medicated treatments.

Application tips
Apply in the morning and evening all over the face (cleansed and dry skin).
Ideal as a make-up base.- Limit sun exposure while using the product and always use sun protection
- If tingling occurs, it is advisable to apply the product every other day

Ingredients
Active ingredients:
100% natural and patented active ingredient, resulting from 15 years of research. It acts on the biofilm of C. acnes by limiting its formation and promoting its destruction.
Active recognized for its depigmenting, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, dicarboxylic acid naturally present in wheat, rye and barley. It is often used to correct the first signs of ageing.
Active belonging to the family of alpha-hydroxy acids (AHA). Glycolic acid has keratolytic and moisturizing properties on the stratum corneum.
Also called glyceryl laurate, this active ingredient has a sebum reducing activity, thanks to its inhibiting action of the 5α reductase, involved in the metabolism of androgens.

Legal Notice
Clinical safety and efficacy study in 60 adult women with mild to moderate acne, with at least one post-inflammatory erythema and/or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and crow's feet lines and wrinkles. 2 applications per day for 8 weeks.
(1) Tolerance rated by investigators.
(3) Inflammatory lesion count using the Lucky method.
(4) Measurement of pigmentation intensity (ITA angle) and surface area of the hyperpigmented area.
(5) Measurement of the maximum depth of wrinkles and fine lines by crow's feet impression analysis.
(2) Clinical study of tolerance in combination with topical acne treatments in 39 adult women. 2 applications per day for 4 weeks.
