Summary of clinical results

Evaluation of the tolerance and efficacy of EPITHELIALE ULTRA REPAIR (A.H ULTRA) soothing repair cream in adult patients who have undergone dermatological procedures on the face.
Objective
To evaluate the tolerance and efficacy of EPITHELIALE ULTRA REPAIR (A.H ULTRA) repair cream in adult patients who have undergone dermatological procedures on the face.
Methodology
50 patients between 18 and 65 years of age - mean [49±2].
- KTP laser: 12
- Intense pulsed light: 10
- Glycolic acid peel: 11
- Cryotherapy: 12
- Dynamic phototherapy: 5
Apply once or twice a day for 21 days.

Evaluation criteria
By the investigator :
Clinical evaluation of skin tolerance after application
Evaluation of sensations of cutaneous discomfort
By subjects :
Self-assessment of reparative efficacy
Self-assessment of soothing efficacy
Results
Evaluation of skin tolerance
The investigator judged EPITHELIALE ULTRA REPAIR (A.H ULTRA) to have good cutaneous tolerance.
Immediately after the 1st application of the product, clinically significant improvement in clinical signs:
12% reduction in erythema (34% of patients)
91% reduction in cutaneous dryness (62% of patients)
and functional signs:
Burning sensation reduced by 14% (30% of patients)
Heat sensation reduced by 26% (34% of patients)
Reduction in tingling sensations by 36% (36% of patients)
Evaluation of skin discomfort sensations
Statistically significant reduction in cutaneous discomfort.
Cutaneous pain was immediately reduced for 2/3 of subjects at D1 and for 94% of patients at D3.

Self-evaluation of repair efficacy
The reparative effect was observed for 28% of patients from the 1st application, for 64% on D3 and for 96% of patients on D8.

Self-evaluation of soothing efficacy
The soothing effect was observed in 64% of patients from the 1st application, in 94% on D3 and in 100% of patients on D8.

Conclusion
EPITHELIALE ULTRA REPAIR (A.H ULTRA) soothing repair cream is well tolerated by the skin, and has a proven soothing and repairing effect, as well as reducing skin pain.
