In-use efficacy study of HYALURON ACTIV PROCEDURE Peeling serum in the target population

Population 

44 female subjects aged 40 to 55 years, with the following characteristics: 

  • At least one deep and long wrinkle (>1 cm) on the crow’s feet  
  • Wrinkle severity 3 to 4 (Bazin scale)  
  • Dull and uneven complexion

 

Application 

3 applications per week, in the evening, for 8 weeks.

 

Evaluation criteria 

  • Tolerance  
  • Instrumental measurements :  
    • Smoothing / anti-wrinkle effect by fringe projection
  • In vivo clinical scoring (scale from 0 to 100) :
    • Radiance​
    • Quantity of wrinkles​
    • Color uniformity​
    • Skin texture​
    • Crow's feet wrinkle (Bazin scale)​
    • Visibility of pores​
  • Picture analysis of radiance (contrast, enthropy, H76)  with Visia​ 

Results

Proven efficacy on wrinkles: - 13%* after 57 days of application.
