Tolerance and efficacy of ANAPHASE anti-hair loss and anti-thinning shampoo in subjects with acute telogen effluvium, under dermatological control.
Population
45 adult women with acute telogen effluvium (proportion of hair in telogen phase ≥ 15%), secondary to a triggering event in the last 2 to 4 months (childbirth, severe stress, febrile state, surgery, diet, fatigue...)
ApplicationofANAPHASE Anti-hair loss and anti-thinning shampoo
3 applications per week on the scalp for 12 weeks
Evaluation criteria
- Evaluation of anti-hair loss efficacy (phototrichogram and traction test)
- Evaluation of visual effect (scoring of hair density on centro-parietal photographs)
- Self-evaluation questionnaire
- Skin tolerance under dermatological control
Results
- After 6 weeks of application, significant 61% increase in the anagen/telogen ratio, confirmed at 12 weeks (+74%).

- Significant reduction in the number of hairs collected in the pull test after 6 weeks of use
- Significant improvement in hair density on photos at 12 weeks
- 90% of patients satisfied with volumizing effect at 12 weeks
- Good skin tolerance
