Protective effect of Aquaphilus dolomiae extract-G1, ADE-G1, on tight junction barrier function in a Staphylococcus aureus -infected atopic dermatitis model

Barrier defects are observed in atopic dermatitis, together with infection by S. Aureus, both situations facilitating each other and representing a therapeutic challenge.
ADE-G1 reinforces the barrier function, strongly protects tight junction barrier disruption induced by bacterial infection and inflammation.
ADE-G1 induces both protection against the invasion of S.Aureus bacteria and recovery once infected.
