KERTYOL PSO concentrate is a treatment that can be applied to psoriasis lesions on the body and/or scalp.
The innovative formula allows action at all levels of the physiopathology of psoriasis. This treatment can be used in combination with medical treatments but also as a relay and maintenance treatment to limit the reappearance of plaques. It is specifically recommended for thick patches and intense pruritus.

Application tips
Body:

Treatment: 1 to 2 times a day for 4 weeks on the lesions.

Maintenance: twice a week on the areas usually affected by lesions.
Scalp:

Treatment: apply, leave on overnight, then rinse with KERTYOL PSO shampoo. Use once daily for 4 weeks.

Maintenance: twice a week following the same routine.
Do not use on mucous membranes (genital psoriasis).
Not indicated in fold psoriasis (reverse).
Limit exposure to the sun while using the product or use sun protection.

In combination with the following treatments
Dermocorticoids (betamethasone, methylprednisolone, clobetasol) Association of vitamin D3 and dermocorticoids (calcipotriol + betamethasone).Vitamin D3 analog (calcipotriol, calcitriol).- Body: application in the morning to promote penetration of the topical medication.- Scalp: application then 20 minutes interval before rinsing.
Ingredients
Active ingredients:
1st innovative active ingredient from Pierre Fabre biotechnology (technique d’extraction brevetée), CELASTROL®, is of 100% natural origin and produced through the cultivation of plant cells.
Active ingredient derived from an extract of chicory root, Cichorium intybus, rich in oligofructosans.
Active ingredient derived from shale oil obtained by distillation of rocks, which slows down cell renewal ( in vitrotest).
Active belonging to the family of alpha-hydroxy acids (AHA). Glycolic acid has keratolytic and moisturizing properties on the stratum corneum.
Polidocanol (or Laureth-9) is a clear syrupy liquid. It is an active ingredient recognized for its antipruginous activity.

Legal Notice
(1) Clinical study of tolerance and efficacy in 55 adult subjects with mild to moderate psoriasis on the body and/or scalp.
(2) Assessment of the intensity of pruritus on the whole body by the subject at D8.
(3) Scoring of the intensity of induration of lesions at the body level by the investigating physician at 1 month.
(4) Subject satisfaction questionnaire at 1 month.
(5)) Clinical study of tolerance in combination with topical treatments (dermocorticoid, and/or vitamin D analogue) in 51 adult subjects with psoriasis on the body and/or scalp.
