KERTYOL PSO shampoo is specifically indicated for the management of scalp psoriasis.
The innovative formula allows an action at all levels of the physiopathology of psoriasis. This treatment can be used in combination with medical treatments but also as a relay and maintenance treatment to limit the reappearance of plaques.

Application tips
Treatment phase: 3 times a week for 4 weeks.
Maintenance phase: 1 a week, alternating with gentle shampoo.
Rinse in case of contact with eyes. -
In combination with the following treatments
- Dermocorticoids (betamethasone, hydrocortisone, clobetasol).- Association of vitamin D3 and dermocorticoids (calcipotriol + betamethasone).(Shampoo in the morning to rinse off medicated topicals applied in the evening.)
Ingredients
Active ingredients:
1st innovative active ingredient from Pierre Fabre biotechnology (technique d’extraction brevetée), CELASTROL®, is of 100% natural origin and produced through the cultivation of plant cells.
Active ingredient derived from an extract of chicory root, Cichorium intybus, rich in oligofructosans.
Keratolytic active ingredient inducing a significant loss of cohesion at the level of the stratum corneum: desquamation of thick patches on the scalp.
Active ingredient derived from shale oil obtained by distillation of rocks, which slows down cell renewal ( in vitrotest).

(1) Clinical study on 54 subjects with light to moderate psoriasis on the scalp. 4 week attack phase: 3 shampoos per week
(2) Self-evaluation of the intensity of pruritus at D8.
(3) Clinical assessment of plaque induration at D29.
(4) DLQI score at D29.
(5) Clinical study of tolerance in combination with drug treatments (dermocorticoid alone or in combination with a vitamin D analogue) in 31 adult subjects with scalp psoriasis. Shampoo 3 times a week for 4 weeks. Skin tolerance rated by investigators.
