Tolerance and efficacy of CLEANANCE HYDRA Soothing Cream in teenagers and adults undergoing systemic or topical anti-acne treatments, under dermatological control.
Population
42 subjects aged 13 to 27 undergoing systemic or topical anti-acne treatments:
47.7% oral isotretinoin
18,2% benzoyl peroxide
18.2% topical retinoid
15.9% adapalene + benzoyl peroxide
Application of CLEANANCE HYDRA Soothing Cream
2 applications per day on face and back for 4 weeks
Evaluation criteria
- Evaluation of physical and functional signs of skin irritation (clinical scores from 0 to 4)
- Subject satisfaction
- Skin tolerance
Results
- Significant reduction in xerosis from the first application: -76.8% (p<0.05, versus D1)
