Tolerance and efficacy in monotherapy of CLEANANCE COMEDOMED localized drying emulsion in adolescents and adults with inflammatory facial acne, under dermatological and ophthalmological control.
Population
41 subjects aged 12 to 28 with inflammatory facial acne (5 to 10 inflammatory lesions)
Application of CLEANANCE COMEDOMED localized drying emulsion
3 applications per day on inflammatory lesions on the face for 4 weeks
Evaluation criteria
- Volume of inflammatory lesions (clinical scoring)
- Clinical scoring of erythema of inflammatory lesions (Score from 0 to 4)
- Cutaneous and ocular tolerance
Results
- Significant decrease in the volume of inflammatory acne lesions as early as D2: -11.5% (p<0.05, versus D1T0)

Change in acne lesion volume (clinical score) over 4 weeks

- Significant reduction in erythema of inflammatory acne lesions from D2: - 6.2% (p<0.05, versus D1T0)
