Population

  • 100 adult women (18 to 65 years old) with superficial facial hyperpigmentation and users of a non-tinted SPF50+ photoprotector for dry skin
  • Study conducted in Mexico

 

Application of MELASCREEN Anti-spots cream SPF50+ 

At home application, depending on to the consumer's care habits for 3 weeks

 

Evaluation criteria

Cosmetic acceptability and perceived efficacy questionnaire

  • EPerceived efficacy (percent satisfaction):
    • Protective effect of the skin against external damage perceived by 100% of the subjects after 3 weeks
    • Reduction of existing hyperpigmentation perceived by 87% of subjects after 3 weeks
