Tolerance and efficacy of KELUAL DS Anti-scales cleansing gel in subjects with mild to moderate seborrheic dermatitis, under dermatological control.
Population
32 adult and adolescent subjects with mild to moderate facial and/or body pityriasis versicolor with associated flaking, erythema and/or pruritus
Application of KELUAL DS foaming gel
Application 2 times a day to face and body for 3 weeks
Evaluation criteria
- Clinical scoring of pityriasis versicolor severity (skin discoloration, flaking, pruritus - scores from 0 to 4)
- Self-assessment questionnaire
- Skin tolerance under dermatological control
Results
- -97% less pruritus after 3 weeks
- -69% lower flaking severity after 3 weeks
- -38% fewer patches of skin discoloration after 3 weeks
- 98% overall patient satisfaction
- Very good skin tolerance
