Tolerance and efficacy of KERACNYL foaming gel in subjects with mild to moderate acne, under dermatological and ophthalmological control
Population
56 pre-adolescent, adolescent and adult subjects (10 to 34 years old) with mild to moderate acne associated with combination to oily skin
Application of KERACNYL Foaming Gel
Application twice a day (morning/evening) to face and body (upper back/torso) for 4 weeks
Evaluation criteria
- Scoring of pruritus severity by the investigator (GEA scale)
- Efficacy perceived by the subject and cosmetic acceptability questionnaire
- Skin and eye tolerance
Results
- At 1 month, significant improvement in acne according to GEA scale (p<0.05)
- Immediately after application, 100% of the subjects had comfortable skin
- At 7 days, 100% of the subjects had purified and clear skin
- Very good skin tolerance and excellent ocular tolerance
Conclusion
- Promotes the elimination of eczema lesions
- Comfortable, purified and clear skin
- Very good tolerance
