Tolerance and efficacy of KERACNYL foaming gel in subjects with mild to moderate acne, under dermatological and ophthalmological control

Population

56 pre-adolescent, adolescent and adult subjects (10 to 34 years old) with mild to moderate acne associated with combination to oily skin

 

Application of KERACNYL Foaming Gel

Application twice a day (morning/evening) to face and body (upper back/torso) for 4 weeks

 

Evaluation criteria

  • Scoring of pruritus severity by the investigator (GEA scale)
  • Efficacy perceived by the subject and cosmetic acceptability questionnaire
  • Skin and eye tolerance

 

Results

  • At 1 month, significant improvement in acne according to GEA scale (p<0.05)
  • Immediately after application, 100% of the subjects had comfortable skin
  • At 7 days, 100% of the subjects had purified and clear skin
  • Very good skin tolerance and excellent ocular tolerance

 

Conclusion

  • Promotes the elimination of eczema lesions
  • Comfortable, purified and clear skin
  • Very good tolerance
