Tolerance and efficacy of KERACNYL UV+ anti-blemish fluid in subjects with mild to moderate acne, under dermatological and ophthalmological control
Population
45 adolescent and adult subjects (12 to 38 years old) with mild to moderate acne and combination to oily skin
Application of KERACNYL UV Anti-blemish fluid
- Application at least twice a day to the face for 8 weeks during the summer
- 4 to 6 weeks of follow-up without application in the fall
Evaluation criteria
- Clinical scoring of efficacy on acne lesions: Lucky Method acne lesion count
- Evaluation of the efficacy of the rebound effect after cessation of sun exposure by counting acne lesions using the Lucky Method
- Perceived efficacy
- Skin and eye tolerance
Results
- Significant decrease in the number of non-inflammatory and inflammatory lesions, even after cessation of sun exposure (D85)

- 85% of adolescents and 87% of adults perceived a reduction in excess sebum at D28
- Very good skin and eye tolerance
