Tolerance of KERACNYL PP+ anti-blemish cream in combination with topical anti-acne treatments, under dermatological control
Population
39 subjects aged 12 to 40 with facial acne on topical treatment(s) for at least 15 days (adapalene, benzoyl peroxide, erythromycin, retinoids and combination therapies)

Application of KERACNYL PP+ anti-blemish cream
Application twice a day (morning/evening) to the entire face for 4 weeks
Evaluation criteria
- Skin tolerance
- Evolution of physical and functional signs of skin intolerance to anti-acne treatments
Results
- From the 1st application, significant reduction of flaking, dryness and tightness of the skin

- Significant decrease in erythema of -28% at D14 (p<0.05) and -54% at D28, p<0.001)
Conclusion
- Tolerance tested in combination with leading topical acne treatments
- From the 1st application, compensation for the skin side effects of treatments
- Immediate relief
