DEXYANE Ultra-rich cleansing gel is a daily hygiene care for face, hair and body of patients suffering from eczema. It gently cleanses the skin thanks to its physiological pH, reduces discomfort and soothes irritations and finally, reduces skin dryness while protecting the skin from drying out.
