KERACNYL Foaming gel is a daily face and body cleanser suitable for the hygiene of oily skin and/or skin with acne lesions.
Thanks to targeted active ingredients and an adapted formula, it helps pimples disappear while preserving the skin barrier. It can be used alone or in combination with drug treatments.

Application tips
Apply morning and evening to damp skin.
Lather, rinse thoroughly with water and dry gently.
Rinse in case of eye contact. -
In combination with the following treatments
Topical treatments: PBO, retinoids, antibiotic + retinoid combination, adapalene + PBO combination.Oral treatment: isotretinoin, antibiotics, zinc.
Ingredients
Active ingredients:
100% natural and patented active ingredient, resulting from 15 years of research. It acts on the biofilm of C. acnes by limiting its formation and promoting its destruction.
Also called glyceryl laurate, this active ingredient has a sebum reducing activity, thanks to its inhibiting action of the 5α reductase, involved in the metabolism of androgens.
Active ingredient that reinforces the hydrolipidic film.
