Population

33 adults aged 18 to 67 (mean age: 41) 
91% women / 9% men 
Phototypes I, II and III 
With atopic dermatitis of the face:

  • LOCAL-SCORAD (mean: 4.6)
  • Moderate intensity of xerosis
  • Mild intensity of erythema
  • Mild intensity of pruritus

Application of EXOMEGA gel-cream Face

2 applications per day of EXOMEGA gel-cream on face, neck and décolleté for 3 months

 

Evaluation criteria

  • Severity of atopic dermatitis (LOCAL-SCORAD)
  • Physical and functional signs
  • Number of pruritus and xerosis peaks
  • Quality of life (DLQI)
  • Tolerance

 

Results

Very good skin and ophthalmological tolerance

Conclusion

  • 92% reduction in LOCAL-SCORAD after 3 months
  • Immediate 88% reduction in pruritus
  • Near-absence of pruritus for 3 months
  • Absence of atopic dermatitis flare-ups for 3 months
