Population
33 adults aged 18 to 67 (mean age: 41)
91% women / 9% men
Phototypes I, II and III
With atopic dermatitis of the face:
- LOCAL-SCORAD (mean: 4.6)
- Moderate intensity of xerosis
- Mild intensity of erythema
- Mild intensity of pruritus
Application of EXOMEGA gel-cream Face
2 applications per day of EXOMEGA gel-cream on face, neck and décolleté for 3 months
Evaluation criteria
- Severity of atopic dermatitis (LOCAL-SCORAD)
- Physical and functional signs
- Number of pruritus and xerosis peaks
- Quality of life (DLQI)
- Tolerance
Results
Very good skin and ophthalmological tolerance
Conclusion
- 92% reduction in LOCAL-SCORAD after 3 months
- Immediate 88% reduction in pruritus
- Near-absence of pruritus for 3 months
- Absence of atopic dermatitis flare-ups for 3 months
